Customer rescue strategy
Reaching customers before during and after their contract is due for renewall inviting them back and locking them in for the future. This targeted direct mail campaign included database driven lasered letters and email communications, offering a choice of incentive to encourage lock-in.
National territory launch
Launch of TalkTalk in Ireland. Taking the visual style from UK branding but developing new concepts and marketing ideas to appeal to the Irish market. Campaign included all collateral from in-store posters through to invoice design and sales literature.
Website strategy
Reworking the TalkTalk Ireland website so that it had a marketing focus, encouaging product sales and providing information for current customers too. Working alongside the in-house team to provide the strategy and copy direction and show them how to think with a customer focus.
Monthly campaign management
Developing concepts and artworks for monthly in-store promotions themes, and executing concepts through posters, displays, point of sale, magazine adverts, website and email campaigns.
